TXB in front of Southern Pointe is open!
If you are that bothered by stuff like that, you probably shouldn't go into the kitchen of just about any restaurant out there.legalbird said:
Bryan Mr Hamburger. Went there once. Cashier was handling money and food. Zero regard for food safety, and never went back.
Established pizza place in town. Water was leaking onto the buffet line. When I told the manager, he said, yep, AC leak. Never went back.
You gotta be onsite if you own a restaurant or have managers that care.

Thanks for the interest. We do have a 95% final iteration. We are not ready to share specific items. We are willing however to share a fact sheet of "things we do".
Handmade fresh 7 inch tortillas that go straight from griddle to taco. They won't sit around like a tortilla machine or how some places let theirs sit before service.
Drive thru for convenience with 3 modes of access to the property, The southbound left hand turn off texas is dedicated with a median cut. Access is way more simple than several other very popular drive thrus in town.
Puffy tacos. The San Antonio classic.
Chargrilled meats. We have a hog of a chargrill and will cook the meats with care.
Breakfast tacos served all day. We have the standards plus a unique signature menu.
6am-10pm daily with the intent of eventually going 24 hours.
Robust catering.
A "choose your protein" section to go with our tacos classicos. You craft your taco with the style of set up and protein.

No seed oil in the recipe. I presume others may be using seed oil to save $.

Mojo Tortilla Co. will be more of a taco shop vibe and model and not Baja and so alternative as Bodega. So, different salsa, classic pico etc…

Seems like a common practice. Wonder if that's what's holding up the Javis out of Tyler going into the Red Lobster location. They announced it 9 months back and I see nothing happening in that building. The city will rush to sell a parking lot for development but slow down permits to businesses. Don't get me started on the damn medians and how it's hurt businesses.techno-ag said:
