I typically park on the side of 6 and then just walk down the medians into downtown Bryan. It's obvious this is the real purpose of medians - walk-ability. Now Bryan is a hiking destination.

Private Equity plays are killing the tech sector. See: Broadcom / VMWare / Citrix… having my neighborhood pharmacist trying to squeeze every last dime he can out of me like a Car Sales Manger is not going to be pretty, IMHO.

Also, is Dirty Dough in Tower Point going to open or is that business done? I know the other location didn't last a year and I am guessing they are owned by the same franchise partner.
We were the largest and most successful company in our space. In the past year we have bled market share as a direct result of changes made by the PE group. Then they became reactive and implemented even more bad ideas to try to "catch up", and put a ton of pressure on us to do so. Their plan was always to hold us for a few years and sell again, so it's a total **** show.tu ag said:

Buddy of mine at one of those tech companies I listed told me that the PE guys implemented a "squeeze pricing" scheme, meaning if they were a loyal customer and didn't have a large footprint of a competitor, prices went up 200%, because they wanted to cash in the pain in the butt it would be to get off that platform. Oh, and they purposely stalled negotiations to put the customer in a bind.
The PE folks only have "what makes me money now" in their view. Not "what's going to be left in 5 years after I crash this place?"
