I have a much easier way to get to downtown Bryan. But I'm not saying because I don't want to increase traffic on my commute!
Trump will fix it.

I live in South CS but go to downtown Bryan at least once a week. From now on I'm taking Wellborn -> Harvey Mitchell -> Leonard and come in the back way. I know it is probably a little longer timewise but I don't care.
The real secret is that Finfeather from the GSC to downtown is 45mph, low traffic and only one stop light.maroon barchetta said:Tailgate88 said:

I just go to 21 and then take a right and then another right to head downtown. WJB maybe? I'll do that if going to the Palace or the Stafford
Except if you happen to get behind somebody, they are likely going 35-40 down the entirety of FinfeatherTailgate88 said:The real secret is that Finfeather from the GSC to downtown is 45mph, low traffic and only one stop light.maroon barchetta said:Tailgate88 said:

Heads up on Walgreens they just went private in a leveraged buyout. No word on closures yet but they've got 8,000 locations so it seems logical some may be shuttered.

The former So Fly spot?
Private equity is killing everything. My company used to be a great place to work and is now utterly miserable.Hornbeck said:techno-ag said:

Private Equity plays are killing the tech sector. See: Broadcom / VMWare / Citrix… having my neighborhood pharmacist trying to squeeze every last dime he can out of me like a Car Sales Manger is not going to be pretty, IMHO.
Anyone know the timeline on Chente? They have been remodeling for some time.AggiePhil said:Don Chente is opening up in the old Buck's building.NotJPMorgan said:b0ridi said:I will guess the Zaxby's buildingCosta and Andreas said:

We were the largest and most successful company in our space. In the past year we have bled market share as a direct result of changes made by the PE group. Then they became reactive and implemented even more bad ideas to try to "catch up", and put a ton of pressure on us to do so. Their plan was always to hold us for a few years and sell again, so it's a total **** show.tu ag said:
I hate private equity taking over successful and good companies.
