Has anyone been to Monks Indian Bistro?
What's the spiciest, non-carb? Problem with Indian food is all of the extra carbs from the sauces for me. I gain 3-4 pounds every time I eat Indian food. I could eat it every day though.Dustoff00 said:
I am using chicken as an example but you could substitute almost any meat in most dishes.
Chicken Vindaloo (Very spicy - Also has chunks of Potato, i.e. aloo- One of my favorites)
Chicken Biryani (Medium spice - Rice/meat dish - very flavorful)
Standard popular dishes - Butter chicken or Chicken Tikka Masala (Not very spicy but you can tell them to spice it up)
Gobi (Cauliflower) Manchurian/65 (I know this one is not meat, but it is outstanding)

Not enough traffic that side of town. They need to go in at Century Square and Jones Crossing. Two areas that are booming and have the population density.

Twisted Noodle Cafe that was next to Subway on Southwest Parkway (pretty sure the actual address is Texas Ave. because that's the front of the shopping center) is gone, and there is a sign hanging up (looks like a temporary sign) that says Kung Fu Noodles and Dumplings. I'm not sure if it's a rebranding or if one noodle place closed and someone else thought that'd be a good place for a noodle shop. I'm not sure when it's opening or any details. I've just seen the old sign and photos of food go away and new sign go up.
