That rake to the face of Alpy by Hield was way worse than what Jalen did

I think we blow them out tonight. I think we play with pace and energy the whole game and win by 15+.

I was thinking the same thing about the year when T-Mac and Yao and Mutombo all got hurt and they still pushed the Fakers to 7 games in the WCSF.george07 said:
I never want someone to be injured but if he's out, I won't cry about it. Rockets should've been champs in 2018, that Chris Paul injury still stings.

Thirty years ago last night, the Rockets lost their regular season finale to Utah by 6, part of a 3-game losing streak to end the season and a 7-11 skid through their last 18 games that took them from 40-24 record to a 47-35 conclusion.
On March 24th, they were the 4th seed and looking at first-round matchup hosting the Lakers.
By April 23rd, they were down to the 6th seed and going on the road to Utah after losing to them twice in the last 3 games of the year - a 19-point sheetkicking on the road and then a 6-point loss at home. Karl Malone had 45 points in that first game, and just missed a triple-double in the second.
Four nights later, the first playoff game - also a loss - was most memorable for Vernon Maxwell going into the stands to try to murder a Jazz fan, and never playing for the Rockets again.
The Rockets then went 15-6 the rest of the way for a title.
