I've seen and heard a lot people acting like the FO dropped the ball and it's an indictment on the FO and 'WTF are the Astros doing?' type comments.
Good coaches get hired elsewhere and I don't see this as anyone's fault.

Strom resigned from the Pirates late in the season, so they could find another assistant pitching coach.
