I'm pretty sure there were plans at one point (like actual plans drawn up by a local architect) for Fuego to open another location in the Busch's Chicken place before it became Pie In the Sky and then Petit Cochon/Napa Bistro. That would've been 2016-2017 maybe?australopithecus robustus said:

I can't be specific but it's due to a contractural encumbrance that is not insurmountable, but is extremely restrictive to the point of it being very unlikely.

It hasn't been open for more than a month or two. It was a silly idea to begin with because they want an upscale restaurant as the only food option at the golf course but really don't want golfers.

It looks like a good enough restaurant but I find it hard to get excited for yet another Mexican food place.

It does look like they have some Mexican seafood options, so that's good.
