How many others spaces are empty within a 1500' radius of that spot ? 3000'?
I personally have a wishlist for some of the open spaces in S College Station. I doubt any of them will happen but I can hope. Fuego, Slim Chicken....97degsNorth said:

Fuego is extremely highly unlikely to have another location in town.

I'm pretty sure there were plans at one point (like actual plans drawn up by a local architect) for Fuego to open another location in the Busch's Chicken place before it became Pie In the Sky and then Petit Cochon/Napa Bistro. That would've been 2016-2017 maybe?australopithecus robustus said:

Surely the clubhouse has a restaurant space, no? I know it used to. That's what I assume Madden will be the chef over.Thisguy1 said:

I noticed today that they're moving dirt on the lot next to Spice World Market (corner of Old Arrington and Greens Prairie). Anyone know what's planned for it?

Wow almost a million dollars. Is that the same Javi's in Tyler or Javi's in Austin?
$100/sf sounds pretty reasonable for what is probably a full gut and remodel including kitchen equipment.BQ_90 said:Damn, they must be hiring the same folks that build stuff for the athletic departmenttechno-ag said:
