I was thinking the old gas station property at University and Boyett would have been a good location for this type of project (Alum club). I also think a Graduate hotel would do well there.

There are now dozens of senior communities in town. Most fill fast.
This will attract folks who want to be as close as possible to A&M for athletics and other events. I bet this fills fast too.

When my parents moved here, we were amazed at the options. I can't remember them all and they have made several others since they moved.

This week we've had the great THC and assisted living home debates. What debate is next on the coming and going thread?
Not sure it was mentioned but Little Tokyo appears to be open in the old Babylon Cafe location. I believe it's a micro-chain and that's all I know so far.

Parc at Traditions is apartment style.
