According to the TDLR filing, work on Pickleball Kingdom will start on August 1 with a February completion anticipated. The location in the Tejas center is around 50k square feet, which is around the size of the old Academy. I thought that might be the landing spot when the franchise was first announced.
Escalators are fixed. You can go back to Century Square now.
