Yep. It's been closed for a few weeks. Shiner just recently. Those in the northgate scene have known atleast 3-4 weeks about this happening….

Got a text that someone (co-owner?) at Pride Cleaners has renamed the Bryan location King Street Cleaners, and says other locations will be opening soon too. Exact wording was "breaking with the Pride Cleaners name" so dunno what that's all about.

We sold the Bryan location a few years ago and they are now undergoing a name change and are not affiliated with our brand anymore. This change only affects the location in Bryan, TX off East 29th. This does not affect the Pride Cleaners in College Station off of Harvey Mitchell Pkwy, which is still owned and operated by the original owners.
Our historic location on East 29th in Bryan will continue to serve as our flagship location! We also now have locations at:
3954 Texas 6 Frontage Rd, College Station, TX 77845
518 E Washington Ave, Navasota, TX 77868
These two locations were a part of Hallmark Cleaners, which we have purchased. They will be rebranded King Street Cleaners over the next few weeks. Rest assured, it is me and staff operating them!

Foundies was Foundation Room/Foundation Lounge (I'm not sure if "Foundies" was what they changed to officially, but it was a nickname for it). It was at 108 College Main, previous home of Dead Lazlo's Coffee Pub in the mid-1990s.

Would be nice, if nothing else remove the rooftop area. Always looked sort of unstable anyway.
For the record, I know the rooftop is stable because I'm the one who did it lol. When we owned Daisy Dukes we added it and I hired Gessner Engineering to submit approved plans through the city. It's stabilized by steel.

I would say quite a while. Every property has different owners, with different tenants with different lease terms. Deals would have to be struck with both the lessees and lessors for a lot of $. Mathematically the chances are slim at least at this juncture.

Are there any plans for the CapRock Hospital in Bryan or the ER in College Station? What could they become? I would think someone like Scott and White would buy the Hospital.
That wouldn't make any sense. Do you know how many $ a SF they spent on their campus on RP? But I'm pretty sure something is coming to the Fitch location. It won't be BSW.
