I also haven't heard about their efforts to attract another baseball team to their ballpark, if they aren't going to demolish Travis Field or not.

Summary. The facility should be complete by now. Good local family training hard to get it done. It's on city of Bryan dirt so if they don't finish they will seek someone else to take over.

Hoping this means my Prime account is closer to meeting the normal timeliness of prime deliveries, and more importantly removes the need for USPS to delay my delivery the time because of the extra handoff.

Yeah it means there should be 2-day delivery for Prime members and more importantly means USPS doesn't need to manhandle and lose packages anymore.

Anyone know what's being built on Technology Way next to the Fed Ex building? They've cleared a huge section of trees in the last week or so.

Am I understanding correctly, that Amazon will be delivering their own packages here with their own delivery vehicles, instead of letting the USPS handle the last mile?

I did a quick search on what an "Amazon Delivery Station" is, and it appears to be a place where already-packed orders arrive on a big truck, are offloaded and prepared for transfer to individual delivery trucks. Presumably Amazon branded trucks, but I couldn't definitively determine that.
I would guess that orders packed fulfillment centers around Waco, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and D/FW (etc.) will get to avoid passing through the dreaded North Houston sorting center for USPS, decreasing delivery times by approximately 1 day.

Sorry if I missed it but do we know what is going in between Lakeway and the Hwy6 Feeder north of FedEx? They are clearing a big lot there.
Some kind of artificial animal stress reduction biotech company called FERA. Reminds me of the situation with ol' Bobby Gutierrez's cows! https://feraah.com
