The POB next to the Physician Centre is not attached in any way other than physically. It's owned by a RE investor. TPC leases space in that building just like any other health entity.

***Farewell Announcement Sweet Relish Caf & Baked Goods***
After many wonderful years of serving our community, we will be closing the doors of Sweet Relish Caf & Baked Goods on December 31st. We have been blessed to have been able to serve this wonderful community since 2002, first as a Must Be Heaven franchise, and now as Sweet Relish Caf & Baked Goods!
As owners, we are retiring and stepping into a new chapter of life. This decision comes with joy for new beginnings, and nostalgia as we reflect on the countless memories and friendships we have made.
We are deeply grateful for every guest who shared a meal, celebrated a milestone, or simply stopped by for a slice of pie. Your support has meant the world to us, and the memories created here will always be cherished.
Though this chapter is ending, the joy, laughter, and connections we've experienced together will live on. Thank you for being part of our story.
Come visit us before the year ends. We'd love to see you one more time!
Yours,
Donna & Baine Morrow

I think there's still another location over in brenham. If they aren't the same owners, I guess if someone ends up going over there from time to time, they could fill orders from people? Lol

If this is true, this is the second time Sprouts was supposed to come and then didn't. First time was going to be by Pet Smart and Home Depot (I think where Specs is now.) That was years ago when we still had Brazos Natural Foods and Village Foods was in it's original location and larger.
Bummer, I was looking forward to it. While I would rather a Trader's Joe, this was a close second since we will never get a Whole Foods that I can see.

I asked the guys at Twin Liquors if they knew anything. They told me they thought a Sprouts was still coming, that work was ahead of schedule and that Sprouts and TJ's had been competing for that space. They couldnt explain the For Lease sign.

Glad to see it is due to retirement and not a lack of business. I would also rather see it close than be sold to someone who ruins the good name.

It's too big for a Trader Joe's, they would need to cut the space in half or something.

Must Be Heaven opened in that location in 1999, not 2002. That suggests they bought it from someone else, and indeed, archived records do show the location was originally owned by Darlene Trullinger of Navasota.
