I grow and use Mexican oregano and it is very distinctive. Not to everyone's taste, like epazote, but I love it. Love it in seafood Veracruzana dishes. Wouldn't be shocked if they used it. Super easy herb to grow.

It was around 1pm. Again I never owned a restaurant, but if it was my place and in the name was steakhouse, and in their infancy, I would serve all steaks when the doors are open.

Sunday Brunch is fairly standard at list of restaurants and that normally means a reduced or totally different menu.

This. Brunch is typically its own unique menu, not a replication of the dinner menu.

Also most places list what's on the menu online so you can decide if you actually want to go there?

2 restaurants in 2 days . Will keep it short

Dimasis: decent but not as good as Houston locations. However imo the lunch buffet is a pretty solid value. I also wish food was served a little warmer.

Urban Bird: have eaten here many times with my family and its always great. Went again a couple days ago and well.....its still great lol. Imo its easily the best hot chicken in town and its really not even close. BTW the waffles and syrup here are really good as well.

Your place wouldn't be opened very long then. I don't know many steakhouses that are even opened for brunch hours, and the ones that are, aren't offering a full steak cut menu.

I ate brunch there a couple of days ago. Birria and barbacoa tacos were ok. Meat was surprisingly unseasoned, at least to me. I will go back for seafood sometime.

Tried Oishi at Jones Crossing today with the ex-boss. Was surprised at how good everything was. Ordered off the Chinese menu (in a technically Japanese place lol), and the food was as good as I've had here. Disappointed I haven't tried it sooner. The sushi bar and bar area looks cute and fun. The whole place is clean and has a real nice vibe.

I go and just order randomly off the Chinese side and see what happens. Only once out of about 15 things have I come away saying "not that one next time".

The sushi is always fresh and they have fresh wasabi if you ask. It's not quite Kanji level but it's good.

The sake menu is solid.

3rd On Main in Bryan is owned by a college friend of my wife and mine and is the best brunch spot I have found in the area.

Try "The Morning After" if you go. Cornbread pancakes, spicy pulled pork, white cheese queso, fried eggs & breakfast potatoes

I go almost every Tuesday evening when they have $1/wings. They also have trivia at 7:00.

The wings last night were the best ever. Really like the new Buffalo dry rub. Might be number one now. And also the spicey garlic parm is excellent. Blue Cheese is great. I typically stay with just the wings but all their appetizers are not bad. Only $5 during happy hour. Also a great beer on tap selection.

Pretty good. Burgers were solid as were drinks.
