The LSU series is the 2nd Top 6 series at A&M this weekend. Looking forward to watching some great SEC ball. The Tigers are a half game behind in 4th place in the conference standings, we need to knock them back down in the standings and prepare for bigger and better wins later this year.

You think they would ever extend the bleachers down the baselines so more people can go to games? It's looking pretty hard to get tickets for SEC games here.

I would suspect adding an outfield bleacher section like baseball did before expanding down the line

I don't think we can extend down the third base line because the practice facility and offices are there. And the on the first base side they'd need to relocate the visitors bullpen.

But if the success keeps up I can easily see them putting bleachers in the outfield.

I think the seats must exist at least one regular season game to be sold in postseason. I could be wrong but I think I remember that discussion for baseball. So maybe we will see them for Arkansas

I just checked seat geek for Saturday. Only 8 seats available total. Cheapest are in the club for $67 each.

Stubhub has similar number starting $71

Crazy considering you could get reserved seats at the window for $10 just 2 years ago

UGAs see through outfield fence was pretty cool. Wouldn't hate that with outfield seating, or even just for the fans who sit out in softball's version of "Aggie alley".

I have never been to an Aggie softball game. My wife, who used to play in HS, and I have been talking about going to one for a while now, and I finally told her last night at the baseball game that if we won I would take her to softball tonight instead of baseball.

And now it looks like there are almost zero tickets available anywhere. Sold out on 12th man and even on SeatGeek there's only a couple available at $400+ each. My wife would kill me for paying that.

How do y'all softball fans get tickets? Do you all have season tickets, do the single games get snapped up well in advance? Are there GA tix available?

This just isn't something I know anything about. My circle is all football, basketball and baseball fans.

All reserved seats are sold out for season ticket holders. They have 2 sections of general admission. Most games you are able to get tickets for those. Florida and LSU have sold out in advance. I would suspect that Arkansas will be the same.

A decent no ticket option is to bring your own chairs and sit in the outfield. It is a pretty good view from out there. Much closer than the outfield of a baseball field. It would be like sitting in the middle of center field at baseball

I think you can also get an SRO ticket for $10 unless those are also sold out now. In the 3rd inning you can sit an any unoccupied season ticket holder seats. Seems a decent number of people have both baseball and softball season tickets so there tends to be more empty reserved seats on nights when baseball is also at home

Seems like in the past the track teams have tents set up in the right field area. I have seen a few softball fans with tents occasionally as well. Most do drag a cooler full of tasty beverages with them

I've had a few good Ags reach out with ticket offers after my post above. Aggies never cease to amaze. Good Bull by all.

I took a good Ag up on an offer for tickets to the Friday game vs Arkansas, so I will get to have my cake (Aggie baseball tonight) and eat it too (Aggie softball mission fulfilled in near future).

Looking forward to a new Aggie sports experience.

If OU rebounds with a win tomorrow, I'm tempted to think they get the nod because they're OU.

But it's fun to think about. Was there a poll in the late 1980's? That might be the only time Aggie softball has been #1.

I have to admit that I never thought Ford would have Aggie softball ranked #1 in her third season here. Let's hope we see a strong finish.
