Aiyana is doing great at Texas State. I hate that things didn't work out for her here, but she's an Aggie and always will be. I wish her nothing but success.

Arky and the sooners sure did well after the weekend. We really need to grab at least 2 of 3 vs TN. Big question mark what Aggie team will show up. Hope the real one!RadCouncil 21 said:

Let's be honest, this was a blown opportunity this weekend. It might be the only time I've been truly disappointed as a fan since Ford got here. This weekend they let go of a first place SEC finish and put it pretty much out of reach. There's a chance but we need to sweep Tennessee and have some other teams help us out.
I mean it's not the end of the season and Texas A&M has as good a shot at a national championship as almost any team. Let's hope they don't lay eggs against Tennessee and jeopardize a national seed.

Was certainly a frustrating weekend, more than the previous weekend.
FL would have to take at least 2 of 3 from the sooners and we would have to sweep TN. The first more likely to happen than the second. Probably looking at finishing 4th. I think last year was 3rd.
I tend to be an optimist - perhaps everyone will break out of their hitting slumps and we will take it to 'em and sweep 'em !!

I had a hard time with the final seed as well as the final top 8 seed. Arkansas-LSU series will be huge. Arkansas maybe should be higher based on RPI, ELO and KPI but I have a tough time with their 9-10 record against Top 25 rpi teams. Both LSU and Arkansas have the chance to be above 500 in that category. UCLA has top 8 metrics and Oregon doesn't but the head to head and the likelihood that Oregon will be the conference champ moves them up for me.

Me too. I fully expect in the end that the committee will pair Tech with Texas or OU. I didn't make any adjustments for the paring that I am sure the committee will do including matching up as many SEC schools in supers as they can get away with.
Lubbock is much closer to Norman than College Station. Plus that's a good TV matchup.
How ridiculous is it that our cancelled game vs Georgia could be what keeps us from finishing as co-SEC-Champions with Ou….if we take 2 of 3 from Tenn and they lose 2 of 3 from Florida, that cancelled Georgia game of our's will be what keeps us from the SEC trophy.

Much more reasonable than Softball America. Anywhere 2-4 would be hard to argue. 6 seemed to be a but reactionary to the weekend and ignoring the total resume
I agree, I thought dropping to 6th was a slap in the face to the Aggie softball team.
The tam needs just go to Tennessee and win. Take care of business and everything else will fall into place.

Several people have recently expressed the desire NOT to face Tech in a super regional. I was curious and looked up Canady's stats so far this year. Perhaps Lessentine and/or Taylor Brown can have an ERA and strikeout to walk ratio somewhere close to her in their Aggie careers. Sure would be great !!

Hydro, does the All Sports pass still work for that and I'm guessing they track that now?
Yes! When I logged in I was able to see what events my sports pass had been scanned into.

The difference between the two isn't talent. Kennedy has double the walks and sometimes has really bad innings where things get out of control.
Kennedy also routinely has to deal with awful SEC umpiring and strike zones that are about the size of postage stamps, all while battling SEC lineups.

I was thinking today looked pretty decent but forgot to adjust for time zone. If they start on time It may get rough before the game ends. Tomorrow looks about the same. Saturday looks rough
