Like your claim that few care, I have no data to back me up. But, MAGA websites are still actively discussing this issue and they wouldn't do so if they weren't still getting the heavy viewer load to justify it. You can't wish that away.

MAGA websites = nothing but political junkies.

I am not trying to wish away anything. I am simply stating that political junkies care a lot more about this than most voters.

I think it's an interesting topic. But I'm in the minority. We'll see what happens next!

Those podcast bros and purported "MAGA websites" will find themselves on the outside looking in if they join the Dems in pushing this v other priorities and much, much bigger and more important subjects.

And we do not need to wish it away, it will simply go away on its own.

This doesn't happen if the story is fading away on its own,

"Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones claimed during his InfoWars show this week that White House officials have been calling him in an effort to get him to stop talking about the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Jones even suggests he's been offered some kind of quid pro quo to shut up. And while it's important to take everything you hear from Jones with a huge grain of salt, the claim is close to other reporting from reputable news outlets."

Virginia Giuffre's family wants to know what Donald Trump knew about Jeffrey Epstein. This isn't going away.

"It makes us ask if he was aware of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's criminal actions, especially given his statement two years later that his good friend Jeffrey 'likes women on the younger side . . . no doubt about it,'" the family said in its statement, referencing a quote attributed to Trump in a 2002 New York Magazine profile of Epstein. The family added, "We and the public are asking for answers; survivors deserve this."

Well Trump provided a bunch of information to a lawyer who represented a bunch of victims of Epstein in the early 2000s. I think the video was linked on this thread earlier.

This is a huge steaming pile of crap (the whole Epstein scenario). Lots more questions than answers. However, if Trump was anywhere linked to Epstein in the way that Dems want him to be linked, he would have been exposed in some fashion before he was elected.

If the media had that golden bullet, they wouldn't have paraded all of the weak accusations that they had to use to try to "get" him (and continue to do so).

And this pertinent fact has been brought up over and over and over again, again and again,

And has been ignored or deflected over and over and over, again, again and again.

They simply can't accept any fact or truth that exonerates Trump. And their only reply to this is to deflect and call those who continually bring it back and throw it in their faces as Trumpian's defending their 'dear leader".

They had the Epstein files for four years. You can bet they dug through it looking for dirt on Trump.

But, it does seem that now that those who wanted to use those "weak minds" as you put it, to help those individuals her into their current government jobs, those "weak minds" are now being strongly dismissed. It's like they were just being used for their votes or something.

Sorry, but no. The Epstein conspiracy/coverup story was a prominent theme of Trump's campaign. It's a matter of public record.

It was endlessly touted by him and his senior people, and he promised prompt release of all evidence once he was elected.

That hasn't happened and insulting the people who took him at his word--many of whom are core MAGA community--isn't going to work.

If anything, Trump was simply too convincing to easily walk this story back now that the election is over.

Just release the evidence as promised and let people make up their own minds.

Simple explanation given by Trump why it, the list, was not released. It's probably as he described a disgusting individual who did disgusting and horrible criminal acts with his freak girlfriend. End of story. All parties, the vast majority being the innocent, that were associated with Epstein will only be smeared for life if any list is distributed.

It sure is disappointing but there are more important things to do than create a scandal and continue the conspiracies. Trump and the country have better things to do than dissect a sexual predator's life. But you do you.

And if people voted for Trump only to see the Epstein list, then their head is screwed on wrong. LOL.

Despite your distain, people really are capable of dealing with more than one issue at a time.

Demanding what was promised by Trump regarding exposing the systematic abuse of kids by wealthy pedos does not preclude simultaneously supporting other important WH issues and initiatives.

And there is ample legal precedent and processes for protecting victims. After all, this is hardly the first pedo case in legal history.

I am for and would have no problem with, and actually believe that the Epstein stuff will be released, What I vehemently come against is the idea that Trump is covering up his own 'sins' here. There is no 'there, there',

I do think the whole thing was either:

1. Horribly mismanaged concerning how it was dealt with. in both the release from Bondi and Trumps blind side attack on the reporter who asked the question at the Cabinet meeting.

or

2. Intentionally "mismanaged" to bait the response from the left, that he (or those in the admin) would of surely known was going to happen with the way it was managed and then having Trump himself step into the arena with his answer during the cabinet meeting when the question was posed.

Yes I know that there is a large core of the "Maga" movement (every American should be Maga at heart by the way) that has been slapped by the reaction/response. However, what if this is just a set up and then later things are released to show that 1. Trump is completely exonerated, 2. That this is the 'coupe de grace' the final nail in the coffin of the whole Obama/Clinton/Biden/Gates/Soros deep state? I am quite sure that the Maga's will not only understand and forgive, but will themselves be exonerated, "Maga" and Trump will come out much stronger!

or

3. Revealed such a high level of involvement across such a massive spectrum of international political, judicial, corporate and intelligence agencies that the releasing of the whole files would cause a cataclysmic meltdown of society that it is just not worth the end result.

It's easy to say in out rage, "lets just burn it all down" with out really stopping to think at all about what that really means and entails!

If #3 is the right box, then they may have decided is to better to deal with these things piece meal - individually -, and use it to as lever to force changes under some sort of managed way so that they whole plane doesn't crash and burn.

or

The whole thing was a giant created psyop to cause the masses to want to burn it all down so that out of the ashes the globalist can have their New World Order.

Technically, he is right. The OP stated:
Quote:

Ttt. This issue needs to be hanging around Trump like an anchor

Had this been phrased, "Continued pressure needs to be applied to force Trump to do what he said he would do." I would say he was wrong, but it didn't. Using "hanging around Trump like an anchor." shows the OP is looking for this issue to ultimately sink Trump and his agenda.

I am with you in that ALL sexual exploitation and trafficking (especially minors) is vile and needs to be prosecuted in harsher means than even our current justice system would consider cruel and unusual punishment.

What should be our answer here if he doesn't follow through on this campaign promise, but delivered on 90% of what he said he would do? Are we going to vote democrats into power in the mid-terms? for the presidency at the end of this term? That's a hell no from me. The reality is this is the only thing the Dems have right now that a large block of Republicans/MAGA/Conservatives agree with. Unfortunately, the problem is, the dems don't actually give a **** or they would have done something in the (4) years they had full control to do so. They only care now because they are getting destroyed across the board in this one issue is a life line.

Keep up pressure, absolutely, but don't lose sight of where we are now and where we are headed versus where would be if power stayed with, or is given back to the dems.

...and I don't for one second think Trump's objective, or desire, is to protect child predators. It is far more likely he wants to focus on getting his agenda done and doesn't want to mess with this. I would prefer he do both.

When Trump says something totally outrageous like "I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters", the Church of Trump delights in how he is owning liberals and the media with the chaos sown. But all along he was telegraphing what to expect. His Church willfully accepts this gaslighting over the Epstein files.

Of course Epstein association is a bipartisan affair. There are too many sacred cows on the left (looking at you Bill Clinton) that are thrilled with this being forever covered up.

It's almost like nobody really wins in an autocracy, even if "your" guy is the one in power.

You really could care less about the victims or justice. It's all about being an anchor for Trump.

Russia, Russia, Russia part (what is it now) 5 or 6?

As one who doesn't want the Epstein issue to be swept under the rug or forgotten, you're wrong.

A lot of us don't want child molesters and traffickers in positions of great power and to go unpunished for their crimes against innocent kids. pretty fing simple. It's a curse on our country.

Where are your post screaming about this in the Biden years?
Where are your post screaming about the massive human sex trafficking going on across our boarders and all during those same Biden years....

There's a ton of posts about this from me, from "the biden years" and before. I reckon I have many more on this subject than you, I voted for Trump and I doubt he himself is a child predator.

But this summer he's been lying about this and breaking his promises. and you want it to go away?

I only see 3 posts from you from before Nov 2024 that mention Epstein. Is there a problem with the TexAgs search engine?

Who wants it to go away?

Trump is definitely guilty, and anyone denying it at this point is a cultist. People only act this way when they know that they're guilty.

Interesting. So what is Trump guilty of?

Are you directing that at me or the poster who claimed Trump was definitely guilty?

So, this is 100% fact, but the party who has done everything in their power to destroy him had undeniable evidence, 4 years where the controlled all of the power in DC, and didn't use it to crush him? Come on bro.....

If there was ANY negative information/evidence on Trump, it would have been in the inbox of every MSM program director within hours of Biden being sworn in.

On this Epstein thread I demonstrate 3 things. I respect DeSantis for vowing to go after the Epstein connected crowd, and I'm concerned about the issue. And I give the Trump administration credit for jailing Epstein and shutting down the nexium ring.
Now go back and see the premium I place on health and child welfare in this country. My #1 issue.
The search engine isn't the problem.

Still don't see a ton of posts. But that's a sidenote.

So who wants it to go away? And who doesn't want to solve the problem?

I just don't want innocent names released as being associated with this case, when they did nothing wrong.
