As for comings and goings I'd love to see Cafe Capri with a South College Station presence. Don't think Rami would do it but something to challenge 1860 (which I also like) to a more affordable price point and more casual /cafe type would be great. Personally I think another Capri would be a slam dunk in that area. That said, it's entirely possible those rents may not allow Capri to stay on the "more affordable than 1860" side of price points

I'm pretty sure he owns the spot he's in now. There's no other way he could keep his prices so low. I can't imagine him opening something down south with those rents

Knockouts was where Grub is now. It was also Eccel Steakhouse at one point, which we also enjoyed.
Eccell Steakhouse was amazing. Was really sad to see it become Knockouts (not amazing). Grub is just OK.
