That might be too much space for them. It's sad how little I go down Harvey so totally forgot about that being vacant.

I had no clue that Zaxby's had closed! That's how bad it was. I kept going back hoping it would be different, but it was just really bad every time. I finally gave up.

They were still pulling permits within the past few months, so I think it is still going? Their projected completion date for the work is March 2026, so it doesn't seem like there is an urgency there.
Still no opening date on PJ's Coffee. They post stuff on Facebook about various drinks and snacks, but they will not answer people at all when people reply with posts asking them when they're going to open. Anyone have any idea when they're supposed to open or what they're waiting for?
Taz remodeled the inside. It looks great! Maybe I can get there in the next week or 2 for lunch.

Building another loop out there would not help with Boonville Rd. It was going to be too far out.

Do we know what is going in the new building across from HEB on Hwy 21, near the intersection of Tx avenue ? The dirt work took several weeks, but the building literally was placed in 48 hours.

If they put it up in 48 hours it's either an Amish or Mennonite barn, or a new JW Kingdom Hall. Those groups can erect a building really quickly.

Very quick review but didn't see anything - what is going up next to the First Financial Bank at 2818/Hwy 6?
Construction is set to start this week on the Brown Oak Brick Plant in Bryan. It will be located at Mumford and Harvey Mitchell. It is a $24 million brick manufacturing facility and will be close to 400,000 square feet. Anyone heard more about this and how many people are expected to work there?
