This team quickly went from tons of upside and promise to a dumpster fire. It's like the BOB/Easterby days all over again. Cutting guys and getting nothing for them when they still had plenty of value. Insane.

Rookie, teams didn't have tape on, he has had 2 more NFL offseasons to improve on that, he has only gotten WORSE.
He is a typical tOSU qb, and has NEVER been able to read a blitz or had any pocket presence including in the fluke of a rookie season.

Since this year is a bust, how do you quickly rebuild again? Does this team have any tradeable pieces other than Hunter? Obviously you have WAJ, Stingley, and Nico; but those are the guys you keep and build around.

We should have all know better. The Texans becoming a well run organization overnight was always too good to be true.
Per the ESPN article, sources within the Texans org say GJ was responsible for three huge coverage busts in three games that each led to a touchdown but was not taking accountability in the locker room. With the Texans losing each game by less than 1 TD somebody could make the argument he was a huge contributor to each loss.
Obviously the counter argument could be made that the Texans offense looks historically bad.

She is known for saying she has insider info a on a "big thing" when the situation is pretty obvious there's something going on because of chatter on message boards, but then never dropping any real info until something comes out and alludes to that is what she was talking about.
The rumors that are there around this are:
- CJ's agent, david mulugheta (yeah that guy with Micah Parson's), is just starting to stir up **** behind the scenes to build leverage on the organization trying to get CJ a max deal. (this I could believe)
- CJ is being benched (this I could somewhat believe)
- CJ is being traded (I doubt this one, but stranger things have happened).

She said she's writing an article about it this week, so on the surface that statement seems to be more about her. And if we find out about something going on behind the scenes it feels like pure speculation on her part, otherwise she'd by hyping it more because she got confirmation.
I think there's another possibility that she could be alluding to. I think the offensive line is such a disaster that Caserio has worn out his welcome and Houston will be looking for a new GM to build a better team around Stroud, starting with the offensive line. If I was a gambling man that's what feels the most likely.
