Caseria needs to be fired, and someone with a strong will needs to come in to make personal decisions and to force DeMeco to make proper decisions on coaching. Like not hiring brand new OCs over and over, or going out and hiring some coaches with NFL experience that can help temper things (like being more disciplined).

I think DeMeco could be a great head coach, but not in this environment where he's left to his own decisions.

I'm worried that Stroud might end up being like Darnold, or Baker, or Jones. Wasting his first few years in the league under the wrong coaching staff

What was the point of them taking Higgins and Noel? Did he not talk to the OC about them, do we not come up with something specific for 2 of our top three picks?

I mean in 5 games they have a combined 143 (Higgins with 121 of those) yards on 14 receptions....combined. Freaking Justin Watson and Branden Bates have more receiving yards than Noel, and Noel is tied with Cade Stover (who was injured in the 1st game) on receiving yards at 22.

What was the point of drafting them?

Also, to edit this. On those 14 receptions, they've been targeted 17 times. Yes, they only have 3 missed passes between the two of them.

Yeah when your best offensive player does that after the team only put up 5 yards in the first quarter it's not looking good.

The Broncos put up 33 points in the 4th after being shut out the first 3 quarters. CJ could explode for 3 passing TDs for the fourth time in his career, and then have Fairbairn kick 3 FGs.

I don't know if I'll call them bad, I'll just call them "What the **** are we thinking, because this doesn't make any sense" draft picks. Because they could be great receivers, we just haven't done ANYTHING to find out. And if we're not doing that, why not build the o-line instead with our first 3 picks?
