He's probably going to do neither, and the longer it plays out the more I'll be convinced that there is something in the file that doesn't paint him in a good light or that he's protecting some of his rich buddies. I've said it a few times on this thread, I don't think he directly did anything. But considering the company he kept in the 90's and 2000's, I think he probably knew more than he should have about what was going on without saying something.
