See now, the Chiefs or the Eagles would stall quickly, give the ball back to Allen for the go ahead score, then drive the length of the field and win. But the Cowboys (my team) would screw around just long enough to not leave any time after falling behind. What will happen with the Texans?

No, I like kick returns


If it were up to me I'd kick from the 20, give the coverage team a ten yard running start and no touchback unless it reaches the end zone.

I'd put the ball on the 20. The offense gets one un-timed play to pick up as many yards as they can. Turn-overs count. After that play, the series starts at first down. On-sides kicks could also be declared as they currently are.
