I'll tell you why not, because one of two things will happen.
1. Those whose names are attached will sue the ever living bejeebers out of them.
2. Many will commit 'suicide' like Virginia Guiffe (sp?). (Yea if you believe she committed suicide I have some really good Nigerian oil deals for you to invest in. LOL}
Furthermore, let us not forget that just because these women claim that they have been used/raped and trafficked by some prominent person, does not mean it's true. Let us not forget the Duke Lacrosse team.
Simple, it's easy to make all kinds of claims, proving it in a court of law (even a civil one) after many years, is an entirely different deal.
I have been around long enough to know that women and girls don't always tell the truth in these scenarios.
I myself have experienced this. Back when I was single and was working as youth pastor, I was confronted because a girl claimed to have had a heavy petting and make out session with me! IT WAS A TOTAL LIE.
In fact when I was confronted, and I asked who this was they were slow to tell me. I forced them to under scriptural mandates. The truth was I hadn't had any physical contact with any girl. So when they gave me the name I said, WHO?! I didn't even know who it was.
Yet, it still took some time for them to clear this and there was talk going on outside the leadership.
False accusations of this nature can be devastating and they go like wild fire.
That's why the government should release what they have to corroborate victim's testimony. The allegations against you were baseless, the allegations by the Epstein victim's aren't. The problem is Trump doesn't want the files released (probably because some donor or ally would be embarrassed) so Bondi isn't doing anything with it. Right now its up to Trump to tell Bondi to do the right thing but he isn't doing it for some reason.
Massie's HR is the only alternative, but Mike Johnson decided to send the house to a recess (delaying the signatures for a month) then delayed the swearing in of the 218th vote before the shutdown. So the "most transparent admin in history" is not being so transparent after all. Its not TDS to criticize Trump for how this whole mess was handled, and Massie doesn't have TDS for seeking transparency from the federal government.

That age of consent in Texas and many other states. Shoot we had 16 year olds getting married commonly not that long ago!
Anyone trying to tell me a 16 year old girl (even younger) is not aware of their sexuality and know how to use it, is an idiot!
Now, we also have the very real possibility of a lot fabricated stuff added to this as well. and now it is doubly difficult to separate truth from lies and lives can be destroyed.
This is not a simple issue, at all. It is complex, and proving anything here is going to be very hard.
As for me, if I was just a simple youth pastor who had know knowledge of the law (both secular and scripture) my life would of been totally screwed over. There was some residue left even after everything was resolved. (the girl admitted it was not true) but the gossip had already gone outside the camp.
This why 'bearing false witness against some one is one of the ten most vile sins. It is absolutely horrid.
